Jurisdiction: The seat of arbitration shall be Ahmedabad, Gujarat, and the proceedings shall be conducted in English. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ahmedabad for any interim relief or legal proceedings.

7. Termination of Use

AARI VASTRAA reserves the unilateral right to suspend or terminate your access to the Website and our services—without notice—if we determine, in our sole discretion, that your conduct violates this Agreement or is detrimental to our business interests.

8. General Provisions
