Return & Exchange
AARI VASTRAA is committed to ensuring that your experience with our handcrafted garments is exceptional. If your purchase does not meet your requirements, we offer a structured process for Exchanges/Return in accordance with the terms outlined below.
1. Exchange Policy
We facilitate exchanges for alternative sizes within 2 days from the date of delivery. To qualify for an exchange, items must be:

In their original, unworn, and unwashed condition.

Unaltered and undamaged.

Accompanied by all original tags and packaging.
Exclusions:

Promotional/Sale Items: Products purchased during sales are considered final sale and are ineligible for return or exchange.

Accessories: Due to hygiene and quality standards, accessories cannot be returned or exchanged.
2. Return and Refund Procedure
Eligible items (non-sale garments in original condition) may be returned within 2 days of delivery.

Refund Processing: Approved refunds are issued exclusively via Bank Transfer. Please allow a processing window of up to 15 business days.

Damaged or Defective Goods: In the instance of a manufacturing defect, clients must provide a clear unboxing video or high-resolution imagery to verify the condition upon arrival.
3. Logistics and Inspection
Returns are facilitated either through a scheduled reverse pickup (subject to location) or via self-shipping to our corporate facility:

Quality Assurance: All returned merchandise is subject to a rigorous quality inspection. AARI VASTRAA reserves the right to deny a return or exchange if the item does not meet the prescribed quality standards.
Note: Each unique item is eligible for a return or exchange request only once.
4. Cancellation and Amendments

Cancellations: Order cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of order placement.

Modifications: To amend size, delivery address, or contact information, please email aarivastraa@gmail.com with the subject: "Order Number + Revised Information." Changes can only be facilitated prior to dispatch.
5. International Orders
Please be advised that International Orders are ineligible for return or exchange. We strongly recommend consulting our size charts or contacting our support team for personalized assistance prior to placing an international order to ensure accurate selection.
