Customization Policy At this time, we do not offer bespoke or customized services. Our collections are available exclusively in our standard designs and sizes.
PAYMENT, SHIPPING, AND DELIVERY
Payment Methods We facilitate secure online transactions via our integrated payment gateway. We accept all major credit and debit cards, net banking, UPI, and digital wallets.
Order Fulfillment Timeline Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 5 to 7 business days. Please note that delivery timelines may vary based on product availability or unforeseen logistical circumstances.

Information Updates To amend your delivery address, contact number, or size for a pending order, please email aarivastraa@gmail.com with the subject line: “Order Number + Revised Information.” Modifications can only be processed if the order has not yet been dispatched.
EXCHANGES, REFUNDS, AND CANCELLATIONS
Exchange Policy Items that are unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and retain all original tags are eligible for return within 7 days of delivery. Approved refunds are issued via bank transfer within 15 business days. In the event of a manufacturing defect, clear photos or a video of the package being opened are required for verification.
