1. Domestic Shipping (India)

We are pleased to offer complimentary shipping on all domestic orders. Every handcrafted piece from our collection is delivered to your doorstep with no additional shipping charges, regardless of the destination within India.

2. Order Fulfillment & Dispatch

  • Processing Timeline: Orders are typically processed and handed over to our shipping partners within 5 to 7 business days.

  • Operating Hours: Please note that Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays are not classified as business days for processing and dispatch.

  • Fulfillment Delays: While we maintain a high standard of punctuality, unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, logistical bottlenecks, or regional restrictions may occasionally extend delivery timelines.


3. Enhanced Tracking & Logistics

By utilizing the Shiprocket ecosystem, we ensure your parcel is handled by the most efficient courier partner available for your specific pincode.

  • Real-time Updates: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an automated notification via email and/or SMS containing your Shiprocket Tracking Link and AWB number.

  • Tracking Your Parcel: You can monitor your shipment’s journey in real-time through the link provided in your dispatch confirmation.

4. Delivery Terms & Conditions

  • Address Accuracy: To ensure successful delivery, users must provide a complete and accurate shipping address, including a valid mobile number. Aari Vastraa is not liable for failed deliveries resulting from incorrect contact information.

  • Consolidation: We generally ship all items in a single order together. However, depending on availability, your order may occasionally arrive in multiple shipments; in such cases, you will receive separate tracking details for each parcel.

  • Damaged Shipments: Our garments are rigorously inspected before being handed over to Shiprocket partners. If you receive a package that appears tampered with or damaged, please document the condition via a parcel unboxing video to facilitate any necessary insurance claims.
